At Planet Waves, we do something strange for a website: we respond to you directly. The purpose of Planet Waves is not to distribute content. It’s to foster human contact in a world where that is increasingly rare. We are an actual community of people who take care of one another.

We emphasize beauty over technology. We offer original art with everything we do. Nothing is syndicated. All of our astrology is handwritten, not computer output.

We show up in human form when you have a question. I answer my phone personally and am happy to speak to any subscriber with a question. Over the years, I have met many of my readers at cafes around the world, by chance or by planning.

As a news reporter, I do something unusual, which is show up at places to cover the stories I am working on. I prefer in-person interviews. I have my own network of sources, on every subject from astrology to molecular biology.

As an astrologer, I work to get to the bottom of every story, and study the history of the issues back to the beginning, and learn them before rendering an astrological opinion.
