This facilitates journalistic ethics. I answer only to you, and to my conscience. When things get rough, you will count on me to be here, with my team, my international source and contact network, and my reporting experience.

To those wondering why you might subscribe, donate or take advantage of my astrology readings, I can sum that up in two words: Truth Insurance.

When I say “truth,” I don’t mean it in some abstract or metaphysical sense, such as whether the Big Bang happened on a Monday. I mean it in the most practical sense of honest, competent reporting.

You get useful information ongoing, though there is something more. I am capable of handling a massive news crisis without succumbing to despair or bias. No attempt to break my spirit, my will or my sincerity has ever succeeded.

Our Mutual Roles in One Another’s Lives

Each week when I write to you or open up my microphone, my job is to tell you what I learned. That is the essence of our sacred contract. You trust me to be a journalist and astrologer, and I deliver honest journalism and astrology.

My loyal subscribers count on my sincerity and my accountability. They understand that I understand my role, which is to be a faithful reporter and fair witness. They count on the fact that I am experienced, and have taught many people how to do what I do.

They count on the fact that I will offer a straight story even if it’s not popular, even if it makes some people angry, and even if they rebel and try to cancel me. They count on the fact that I will never pretend to know something when I do not, or not to know something when I do.

They count on my ability to handle complex subjects without getting them wrong. That’s another way of saying I’ll work for years to get a story right.

They count on my ability to handle contentious issues from a humane and egalitarian point of view, always honoring the human and spiritual dimension.

My Personal Availability is Essential

My subscribers count on my being available by phone, email or in person to answer any question, or to provide my documentation. They count on my working to the highest standards of ethics, accuracy and credibility. And they are willing to pay for that. You are unlikely to find anything like this elsewhere.

We all count on the fact that no person or entity dictates, controls or manipulates anything I report to you. What I find out, you find out.

In the current media environment, nearly every word you read and hear is designed to convert you, persuade you, divide you against yourself or someone else, con you into not trusting yourself, or get you to part with money you don’t want to spend.

I work with a different ethic. And when you need me, you expect me to be here, ready with my colleagues to do my job on a moment’s notice. If the shit hits the fan, or the astrology gets complicated, you know we show up.
