Space and Time: Planet Waves This Week

Dear Friend and Reader:

This week I'm on retreat at the Omega Institute for Holistic Studies, doing a kind of faculty-in-residence experience. I'm chuffed that Omega appreciates my astrology, and it's a pleasure to serve this community. The campus is tucked into the backroads of Dutchess County, and with its friendly trees, friendly people and vegetarian dining hall is the perfect place for me to gear down.

Assuming a normal publication schedule this week, we managed to get me out of the office Friday afternoon with only about 15 hours of work left to do, which seemed plausible before I got here, and ridiculous once I was here. So I'm going to adjust this week's publishing schedule for subscribers, and condense two issues into one -- the mostly finished July monthly (extended) horoscope and introduction.

We will publish that one edition Wednesday evening. I'll describe how this eclipse is a bridge between two astrological mini-ages. We've been covering the current cycle of eclipses nonstop -- these critters have a lot to say. To read more, use the 'Prior Issue' link on the top left of this page, and check out the June monthly horoscope. We will send out a reminder Friday morning that there is not a regular issue.

Amanda Painter and Gary Caton are teaming up to write the daily astrology feature on our main blog (Daily Astrology & Adventure). I will take a week off from Planet Waves FM (my weekly audio show), and return with my interview of James Wanless, creator of the Voyager Tarot, on July 6. If you missed last week's Planet Waves FM, here is the link.

For those seeking additional information or guidance, the just-released 2011 Midyear Report is a treasure trove. Because of how the product is organized, you can listen for half an hour, for seven hours or anything in between. There's lots of information in these recordings about the super interesting current sky.

There are two introductions that look closely at the eclipse and surrounding events, and then 12 signs of audio that take you deep into the outer planet transits that are influencing all of us (Saturn, Chiron, Uranus, Neptune and Pluto, which along with Jupiter are forming one splendid aspect). You get all 12 signs for one low price, and can check in with your Sun, Moon or rising sign -- and those of the people close to you.

Thanks for your attention. I'll catch you again Wednesday night.

Lovingly,
Eric Francis
