In today's Moonshine horoscopes below, Genevieve Hathaway has interpreted this Capricorn Full Moon for each of the 12 Moon signs.
 
Your Moon sign is where the Moon was when you were born, which you can find out by entering your birth data into Serennu.com. It helps to have your birth time but often that is not necessary. You can also try reading these horoscopes for your Sun and rising signs for additional layers of insight.
 
Having the Sun and Moon oppose each other so soon after a new season begins means that both luminaries are very early in two cardinal signs: also known as the Aries Point. This is that swath of astrological real estate that intensifies (or makes more obvious) the connection between public, collective or 'political' events and your personal life -- and often 'personal' issues take on a highly charged place in public events.
 
Take, for instance, the revelation that the National Security Agency and its private contractors are collecting records of millions of citizens' phone calls and Internet activities -- spying on the public in the name of 'keeping us safer'. That's a hell of a lot of personal information, and this is a political event of great weight.
 
If you've been feeling detached about the whole NSA spying thing (and similar issues), or too overwhelmed to think about it, you may start to get the picture as the Full Moon peaks this weekend.
 
For this Full Moon, the Sun occupies Cancer, a sign about all things domestic, feelings of security, and nurturing. The Moon will be in Capricorn, a sign about institutions, structure and business, and with an eye to the past. If you're feeling tension mount between these two realms, and if that tension feels focused out toward others, you're in tune with the astrology.
 
The Full Moon is also part of the grand water trine Eric has written about, turning it into a 'kite pattern'. This translates to your emotional body and more subtle senses plugging in fully to what's going on in the world.   
 
If that starts to feel overwhelming, remember: you're alive at this moment to be part of the story -- and there are ways to participate in the world while still taking care of your emotional needs.

Aries (March 20-April 19) -- You are reassessing a previously held attitude toward your career. In the past, this outlook may have seemed fixed and unmovable, yet now this perspective is more flexible and easily changed. Information is coming through that is shifting and expanding your view of the work you do to encompass a number of different emotional aspects of who you are. As a few old ideas break down, I suggest moving with the new information that is becoming available. You are shifting an idea of your career to one that provides you with a greater sense of nourishment. Doing work that nurtures you comes with the sensation of energizing and feeding your soul rather than draining you. Taurus (April 19-May 20) -- I pose a question: Would it be bad if what you believed no longer was true for you? Can you replace your current belief system with a new one? You're looking at an old emotional pattern or habit in a new light. I suggest you view what you're working with as something that is older than you are, going back to your grandparents and your great-grandparents. You're releasing a personal philosophy that has been passed down from generation to generation in your family. There may be a lot of emotions tied up in this perspective and letting it go may involve healing the emotional pain that has also been passed down. Gemini (May 20-June 21) -- You are making contact with a sense of resistance within yourself regarding some personal resources you are being asked to share with a number of other people. I suggest you push beyond this feeling, which may move you into territory that feels uncomfortable. Keep on going. Cancer (June 21-July 22) -- At the moment, you may feel stuck or pulled in two directions regarding a close relationship. You're looking for part of yourself to crystallize, or show up, in your close partnerships. First, though, make some space in your relationships so that they can evolve and change as you grow to honor your individuality. As you rework any partnerships, remember to offer the same space to your partner. Leo (July 22-Aug. 23) --Lately, your emotional space may feel contained, like it's too small for you to inhabit. This sensation can come with the need to break out and take up more space in your life. As you push out and expand to fill out more of your existence, proceed slowly and with care for those around you. They may not fully understand your need to claim this space. Take extra time to bring them along on this journey. This may require a few conversations to fully communicate where you are growing to; trust that any questions they have stem from a genuine desire to support you. Virgo (Aug. 23-Sep. 22) -- Sunday's Capricorn Full Moon is bringing sensual and erotic sensations to your emotional realm. Follow this burst of sexual energy to explore a fantasy or two that you may have thought about a while ago, but had doubts about suggesting to a partner. Sex is one of the most personal acts we humans do and sharing a fantasy with a partner can be a very vulnerable experience. Try to keep going down this path through any fear or trepidation you may be feeling. Fear does not provide any useful information regarding the outcome. As you discuss fantasies with a partner remember that the truth is erotic and so is vulnerability. See if you can approach the topic of breaking out of your usual mold with authentic desire to share the experience with your partner. Libra (Sep. 22-Oct. 23) -- Operating with a tangible sense of emotional security is a requirement for you to feel happy and emotionally strong. At times, this could feel rigid, like this sense of security and safety needs to always be intact. There may not seem to be much give here or room for changes. You may feel torn between holding onto what you believe provides this sense of security and something you are being called to do that represents your public persona. I suggest you don't view them as mutually exclusive -- as one or the other. Rather, this solid sense of security is a platform to make the changes you feel you are being called to make. Scorpio (Oct. 23-Nov. 22) -- This weekend's Capricorn Full Moon is highlighting an aspect of your local environment that is challenging you in a constructive manner. Over the next few days, pay extra attention to what you are learning in resolving this small hurdle. You are sorting out a certain personal viewpoint or philosophy that has a lot to do with emotional nourishment. At times getting the emotional support you needed has felt out of reach. I suggest you practice letting those closest to you know what you need. This involves asking for the emotional nourishment you want and communicating what that looks like for you. Sagittarius (Nov. 22-Dec. 22) -- Your astrology is focusing on how you feel about who you are. You can think of this as self-esteem or self-worth. You are reworking a long-held tendency to feel a particular way about your sense of your own value and worth. You are making contact with a few more layers of who you are. As you settle into these newly discovered aspects of yourself and integrate them, notice how you feel about each one. Where you have doubts or don't feel strong in these new facets of yourself, I suggest following that feeling and seeing where it leads. Capricorn (Dec. 22-Jan. 20) -- A past relationship or an aspect of it is showing up again in your life. You may feel that you have already grown beyond it. Let me make something clear -- you've covered a lot of territory and indeed have grown to a new place. This is a chance to revisit this past relationship or situation, to see how it reflected a piece of who you are. What you worked through helped you grow to a healthier place of greater connection with your emotions. Any subconscious fears that you will repeat that relationship pattern need to be brought to the surface and dissolved through stepping back and gaining a greater view of the entire landscape.
