If Your Birthday is Dec. 10
(The Day of Inner Fervor) | Sagittarius Birthday Reading | All Other Signs
Reconcile with your fears, first by admitting how few of them have ever come true. While anxiety is no way to guide your life, you need better methods, one of which might be a commitment to healing. Consider the ways you feel silenced, or in any way mentally compromised, and conquer them one at a time till you express your true voice and full intelligence.

Written in the Planets
A full existence really needs both art and science; both imagination and realism. Without flights of fancy, life can feel dull and meaningless; without solid ground to stand on, one is in danger of getting lost amid the clouds. Aspects involving Mercury and Venus today suggest that you honor the presence of both in your world; perhaps by devoting some time to each, or by using one to enhance your understanding of the other.

New Features Added:
Understanding Key Life Transits of Saturn, Chiron and Uranus

Dear Friend and Reader:

The Art of Becoming is your 2018 annual reading. This is my 20th time at the rodeo! And that's a good thing, because to write about the transits of the coming year will take experience. If you're new to the discussion of this project, I've linked a letter in the last paragraph.

Planet Waves
Eric Francis.
I've added three new features to The Art of Becoming, for those who pre-order all 12 signs: videos that cover Chiron in Aries, and Aries Chiron returns; Uranus in Taurus, and Uranus oppositions; and Saturn in Capricorn, including those two Saturn return groups (first and second). These cover many age groups and sub-generations.

These videos are included if you pre-order all 12 signs. Then they will be spun off as separate products. They will not be included with post-publication orders, or single-sign orders. Each will be offered separately for $37.37 each.

I've wanted to do transit readings like this for years! One distinction about my astrological career is that rather than predicting transits, I've been listening to my clients tell me the stories of their transits for more than two decades.

The current pre-order price is $99, which includes written readings for all 12 signs, plus the Saturn, Chiron and Uranus video presentations. Those will be published before the written readings, by the way.

Delivery is expected in January. That's the time estimate, based on 20 years' experience doing this project. If you're curious to read more about The Art of Becoming, here's a detailed letter describing how I do the readings and what they contain.

And if you have not read your 2017 reading, you may do so here at no charge.

Sign up today. The next price increase will be soon!

Thank you for trusting me as your astrologer, and for participating in Planet Waves.

With love,

Daily Horoscope for December 10, 2017 | By Eric Francis Coppolino
If Today is Your Birthday
Reconcile with your fears, first by admitting how few of them have ever come true. While anxiety is no way to guide your life, you need better methods, one of which might be a commitment to healing. Consider the ways you feel silenced, or in any way mentally compromised, and conquer them one at a time till you express your true voice and full intelligence. You share a birthday with Emily Dickinson, Kenneth Branagh, and Sarah Chang.
Aries
Aries (March 20-April 19) -- Your life will be easier if you're honest with yourself about what you want. You now have a much better idea. You'll know you're honoring your truth because you feel less conflicted, and less confused. You will have your whole mind assembled for the same purpose, and that will give you strength.
"Self-awareness, both of your thoughts and of your conduct, is your most powerful tool to influence your experience of growth into the new forms that you are. This includes reaching deep enough into yourself that you make some contact with the aspect of you that is timeless and changeless."

-- From your 2017 annual reading by Eric Francis, The Book of Your Life -- which you can read here. Eric's beginning work on the 2018 annual edition. Pre-order now.
Taurus
Taurus (April 19-May 20) -- Make friends with the fact that people desire you. It might be the person you're the most interested in; it could be anyone. Take it as a compliment, and remind yourself that you're in control of your boundaries. How others feel about you does not dictate your responses. You get to choose.
"There is a genuine skill in creative mastery that involves standing back from judging what you've created. You might listen to what other people say; you might work until what you're doing feels good; you might take a swashbuckling attitude and not care; you might trust the fact that you always strive to do better (or any of these at the right moment)."

-- From your 2017 annual reading by Eric Francis, The Book of Your Life -- which you can read here. Eric's beginning work on the 2018 annual edition. Pre-order now.
Gemini
Gemini (May 20-June 21) -- A person you admire may seem larger than life and maybe even out of reach. If you're going to express your interest, make it the subtlest come-on in history. Be friendly and expressive and notice the quality of your eye contact, and feel everyone's body language. You don't need to say much.
"You're the one who has to negotiate between your potential and what you do with it. This is an active, everyday challenge being a Gemini. The world can seem so much bigger than you are, and in one way it is -- but your mind is the thing that encompasses the world, all the world's people and all your experiences there."

-- From your 2017 annual reading by Eric Francis, The Book of Your Life -- which you can read here. Eric's beginning work on the 2018 annual edition. Pre-order now.
Cancer
Cancer (June 21-July 22) -- You've suddenly got a handle on several issues that were confusing or confounding, though don't act too soon. There's still one more matter that needs to clear itself up; and if you pause and observe, and most of all listen, you will discover something that's both surprising and helpful.
"Notice your true feelings for people and make peace with the fact that you feel that way. You may have had a habit of resisting intimacy, and now you have little choice but to yield and open up to allowing others to touch your soul. In this way, you will come to the direct experience of growing into the soul dimension of your life."

-- From your 2017 annual reading by Eric Francis, The Book of Your Life -- which you can read here. Eric's beginning work on the 2018 annual edition. Pre-order now.
Leo
Leo (July 22-Aug. 23) -- You need to orient on something. It could be a thought, a goal, a preference or an engagement later in the evening: anything so that you don't go in circles. Take the leadership of a boss or supervisor that you trust, and either be honest or withhold your opinion until you're a little clearer in your thoughts.
"Rather than thinking of yourself as the entity that holds all the planets in orbit, think of yourself as someone who grounds the Sun into the Earth. This is actually what you do in the physical and spiritual sense, and it grants you some relief from the much larger responsibility of providing all the power and all the gravity."

-- From your 2017 annual reading by Eric Francis, The Book of Your Life -- which you can read here. Eric's beginning work on the 2018 annual edition. Pre-order now.
Virgo
Virgo (Aug. 23-Sep. 22) -- Your present circumstances go deeper than you may think. Whatever you're addressing now began quite a while ago; it didn't just start yesterday or last year. Consider the ways you've tried to handle similar circumstances in the past, and whether you got results. You may need a whole new approach.
"There comes that time in any growth or improvement project where you have to ease back, have a glass of wine or even smoke a cigarette. Radical, I know. However, you're at a stage of your life where you must follow your own rules, and to do that, your rules must be practical and workable."

-- From your 2017 annual reading by Eric Francis, The Book of Your Life -- which you can read here. Eric's beginning work on the 2018 annual edition. Pre-order now.
Libra
Libra (Sep. 22-Oct. 23) -- Is there something you're trying to avoid? Perhaps someone's feelings or desire for you? Or your desire for them? If you have the feeling that you "may not be that kind of a person," I assure you, you just might be; and it's not nearly as bad as you think. In fact, it's a whole lot better.
"Rather than being a clear mirror, relationships can often feel like a house of smoke and mirrors. This is especially a concern due to the experience of projection: ascribing to others feelings that are actually your own. Anais Nin is credited with saying, 'We don't see things as they are. We see them as we are.'"

-- From your 2017 annual reading by Eric Francis, The Book of Your Life -- which you can read here. Eric's beginning work on the 2018 annual edition. Pre-order now.
Scorpio
Scorpio (Oct. 23-Nov. 22) -- Mercury is still retrograde. Venus is square Neptune. Together, those two aspects are reminding you to be careful with your money. This week, it'll be easy to spend way too much on things that matter way too little. Try spending a little on something that matters a whole bunch.
"The self-esteem theme, described by the union of your 1st and 2nd houses, is the claiming back of your natural desire as a birthright. If you are in doubt about what you want, or if you consider it a potential moral affront, it's difficult to feel good about yourself. For you, taking possession of desire is integral to your respect of yourself."

Sagittarius Astrology Reading by Eric Francis is Ready!

Dear Friend of Planet Waves:

This weekend, I completed the astrology portion of the Sagittarius reading. I wanted to make sure it was recorded before Mercury stationed retrograde in your sign, and before the Full Moon in your opposite sign.

We're in an astonishing moment globally, challenging though it is -- though, for Sagittarius, it's particularly amazing. Saturn is set to leave your sign. Mercury will be retrograde for the next three weeks, highlighting the Saturn-Pholus-Galactic Core conjunction.

Planet Waves
This is rock-and-roll astrology, and I've done a reading to match the vibrant, growth-oriented and downright beautiful quality of your charts.

We have two astrology sessions for you right now. In the first, I describe the process of Saturn in Sagittarius, and what Mercury retrograde is suggesting you do, in preparation for Saturn's change of signs.

I also talk about why Sagittarius is an utterly unusual sign, containing two deep-space points that can serve as a direct connection to source. I also talk about the relationship of Chiron to Sagittarius, which describes how to harness this energy.

In the second section, I look forward: to the sign changes of Saturn, Chiron and Uranus, which take hold between now and your next birthday. These three sign changes take us beyond the Uranus square Pluto era (2011-2015) and into the next distinct phase of astrology -- a short but powerful one that will peak in 2020 (the Saturn conjunct Pluto era).

This is fresh, alive astrology that's easy to follow. I am at my best as a motivational speaker, wherein it's my role to make your own potential compelling to you.

You can get the reading at the current order price of $44. In a month or so, your tarot reading will follow along.

The reading includes many resources, such as articles relevant to your astrology that will provide helpful backstory, and your 2017 written reading from The Book of Your Life.

(Yes, we are over-delivering here, though the moment calls for it.)

Get instant access now!

With love, your friendly neighborhood astrologer --

P.S. If you've never listened to one of my audio readings, you're invited to check out last year's Sagittarius reading as a gift. It's a great way to review your last year during this Mercury retrograde phase, and prepare to make the most of your new reading.

Sagittarius
Sagittarius (Nov. 22-Dec. 22) -- You can afford to have a little extra fun, and to guide events in the direction of your fantasies. You can stoke your imagination, and leave some of your cares behind. You've put many major challenges behind you, and soon the future will be yours to create. So remember to bring your creativity.
"The overwhelming message of this series of South Node eclipses is that you must get beyond your own past, and find the present. Finding the present means sorting out your emotional reality to the point where you understand what happened, and what it means -- and use it as a source of strength rather than of weakness."

-- From your 2017 annual reading by Eric Francis, The Book of Your Life -- which you can read here. Eric's beginning work on the 2018 annual edition. Pre-order now.
Capricorn
Capricorn (Dec. 22-Jan. 20) -- For the past three years, you've been compelled to deal with inner material that most people would just rather ignore. This has not been convenient. At times, it's been messy. You've probably said and done a few things you regret, but at least you've faced a very important inner mirror.
"If you're worried about your reputation, this is merely another way of assigning power over yourself to others. You cannot control what anyone thinks, and no matter how pure, sinister, friendly, loving, raunchy, talented or slothy you might be, people will think what they want. What they might think is not your business."

-- From your 2017 annual reading by Eric Francis, The Book of Your Life -- which you can read here. Eric's beginning work on the 2018 annual edition. Pre-order now.
Aquarius
Aquarius (Jan. 20-Feb. 19) -- This week, you may feel the strong temptation to take charge of something. And if so, make sure that it's your own life, and that you proceed gently when you do. Many factors remain in flux; Mercury is retrograde and Saturn will soon be changing signs. You're only working with partial information.
"It looks to me like you need to call an end to a certain line of conduct or thinking that has been in your family for a while. The opportunity you have is based on the fact that you can actually see this issue for what it is. It's normally difficult to discern, and it's been masked or veiled recently by its prevalence in society. Once you have it in your sights, address it on the spot."

-- From your 2017 annual reading by Eric Francis, The Book of Your Life -- which you can read here. Eric's beginning work on the 2018 annual edition. Pre-order now.
Pisces
Pisces (Feb. 19-March 20) -- You're not as invisible as you might think. In fact, you're perfectly visible, and that's both cautionary and a practical resource. To the extent you're in a position to be seen, use that asset. Yet remember that your words and deeds count; and at this time, your reach far exceeds your grasp.
"You mean a great deal to the people close to you, and though they may not say anything about it, they certainly know it. If it ever seems that people benefit from you more than you benefit from them, rejoice in that fact. You need less than they do; you are more complete in yourself than most people around you; and anyway, that self-completion is the major theme of your astrology."
