If someone is concerned, hint about your experience and your willingness to listen. They'll be grateful to have someone trustworthy to share with.
"The more you take a proactive and creative role, the less it will feel like changes are happening to you and the more it will feel like you are working with the incoming forces to create the change that you want. Virgo (Aug. 23-Sep. 22) -- Take the pressure off an intimate partnership and, instead, study what's going on in your family. The two are directly related, though the family situation is the cause, and what is happening in the intimate relationship is an after-effect of that. The question is about trust -- no more, no less.

Libra (Sep. 22-Oct. 23) -- Continue to take a thoughtful, cautious approach to existence, especially where language is concerned. Yes, be physically cautious and watch where you place your feet, though be especially mindful where and how you place your words. What seems to be clear is actually changing rapidly.

Sagittarius (Nov. 22-Dec. 22) -- You know what is right for you, though others may object. Here's the thing to remember: you don't need to argue. You only need to inform others of your plans, and make the decisions that you need to make. Yes, you will impact their lives to some degree, but this isn't about them.
"To succeed, your work plan must have metes and bounds. You must choose the things you need to accomplish within a specific timeframe, and these choices must be prioritized. Capricorn (Dec. 22-Jan. 20) -- You might try doing the actual thing you want to do, rather than what other people think would be fun. While you could work out a compromise, you might also enjoy doing your thing without the company of people you currently associate with. Going solo can be a radical adventure.

Aquarius (Jan. 20-Feb. 19) -- Leadership is not easy. This should be carved onto a very old-looking wooden plaque hung on the door of every boss. If you're in a position of authority, including being a parent, take it easy. You may have the feeling that other people need to have more open minds; handle that necessity yourself.

Pisces (Feb. 19-March 20) -- Mercury is getting ready to station retrograde. I consider this a review phase; or, expanding that a little, review, repair and replenish. You might be a little too busy for a real vacation, but you can take ones that last six hours every few days, and you'll feel like a new person when you get back to business.
