If Your Birthday is Sept. 24
(The Day of the Wanderer) | Libra Birthday Reading | All Other Signs
Libra is the sign of relationships, and yours will take their own unique form this year. This is unlikely to be the typical manifestation of romance. You are on call to be a facilitator in the lives of others, as they grow and change. For a while, you may need to put the needs of others above your own, in return for extraordinary experiences of learning and healing.
Written in the Planets
With Venus and Mars both making rather tricky oppositions today, it's probably best to take things cautiously and gently. If you're experiencing a little more nervous energy than you'd like, it's worth taking the time to find the most constructive outlet possible. Writing may be a useful tool, especially if any challenging emotions make an appearance. Getting things out on paper, even by and for yourself, can be an enormous relief and may also help you explore fresh conceptual ground.
In the Shadow of the Moon, the exciting 2017 Midyear Reading by Eric Francis, is now published. Although the video readings for all 12 signs use the Great American Eclipse of Aug. 21 as a starting point, Eric develops the themes through some of the most important astrological events you'll encounter in the remainder of 2017 and beyond. We'll be increasing the price again very soon, so don't hesitate to order your copy here. You can also now choose your individual signs here.
Daily Horoscope for September 24, 2017 | By Eric Francis Coppolino
If Today is Your Birthday
Libra is the sign of relationships, and yours will take their own unique form this year. This is unlikely to be the typical manifestation of romance. You are on call to be a facilitator in the lives of others, as they grow and change. For a while, you may need to put the needs of others above your own, in return for extraordinary experiences of learning and healing. You share a birthday with F. Scott Fitzgerald, Theresa Merritt, and Harriet Walter.
Aries (March 20-April 19) -- There are benefits to really, truly being yourself, though the only people who know anything about this are the ones who dare. You can, therefore, let go of any notion of impressing people with how normal you are. You are an individual; that is a miracle, and it will inspire others.
Taurus (April 19-May 20) -- The impressive astrological fireworks this week take place in the most productive angles of your chart -- those devoted to creativity and work. To harness this energy, you'll need to apply yourself, and take some creative risks. One task at a time, ask yourself: what is the best way to do this?
Gemini (May 20-June 21) -- The Sun's movement through your fellow air sign Libra seems designed to lift your spirits. You just need to do your part and clear a few evenings, or clear a table, and devote yourself to something fun that you want. Your life is not a question of work versus play. You need both.
Cancer (June 21-July 22) -- Current transits are encouraging you to truly make your living space into your home. This has been a persistent message in recent seasons, though now you have some incentive and some energy to make it real. Claim your space; clear out the energy and make it beautiful. You will thrive.
Leo, Virgo Birthday Readings Complete
Dear Friend of Planet Waves:
If what we're seeing in the wake of the Aug. 21 total solar eclipse is any indication of how influential it was, astrology is alive and kicking in your personal world. I've spent the last couple of days finishing the Leo and Virgo birthday readings, and I want you to know they're available.
They are also somewhat late, though this has been a work ethic issue: I don't do this kind of sensitive reading when I'm in any way stressed, unrested, or distracted. That time finally arrived Friday and Saturday, and these readings are now available.
We are in the midst of extraordinary astrology: we're living in the wake of so much that's happened, so much that is happening now, and so much coming up. You need all the information you can get.
Having access to sensitive and accurate astrological keys is a direct advantage. You know the psychic weather when you know the astrology. I work in both the personal and the transpersonal, describing certain inner developments in your life, as well as developments in the world around you -- and then I describe where the two meet.
I work in human language, using astro-lingo only as necessary. My message is designed to be both positive and informative: while I'm a pretty good astrologer, I am an even better motivational speaker. I believe in your potential, and I am honored and happy to offer you the keys to realizing your personal gifts.
We are, as well, living through extraordinarily trying times. It's not easy to be alive right now, but if you can keep your awareness up, and stay a little bit above the fray, and look toward the future, these are indeed brilliant and challenging and amazing times to engage fully with life.
Because these readings are being delivered late, we're going to keep the pre-order price of $44 for a while. You may get your Leo reading here, or your Virgo reading here. These are especially poignant for your rising sign, as my emphasis is on the houses.
Both include original new music by Vision Quest. You may listen to our live stream here.
We are also offering pre-order on the Libra reading, which I reckon will be done pretty soon -- probably within a few days after the equinox.
Speaking of, I mention in Virgo that I've recently published an article in The Mountain Astrologer called It's All in the Houses. This is an informative, easy-to-follow article that will open up your astrological thinking. The way that I can do these readings for you so accurately is that I understand the houses, or at least I sincerely strive to. I explain how that works in the article, which is free to anyone. If you want to take this deeper, we do offer a class by the same name.
Thank you for being a customer of Planet Waves, and for doing your part to make the world a friendlier, warmer and more intelligent place.
With love, your astrologer,
P.S. If you missed In the Shadow of the Moon, you may access all 12 signs here, or single serving signs here.
Leo (July 22-Aug. 23) -- It will pay to persist where a financial matter is concerned, as you're close to a solution, and you can make it work for you handsomely. This will take a combination of increasingly clear thinking, knowing your goals and sticking to your plan till you get a breakthrough.
Your 2017-18 Leo Birthday Reading by Eric is now complete and available for instant access. This is a seminal year for Leo Sun, rising and Moon, especially with the recent powerful solar eclipse in your sign. Make this dynamic energy work for you -- order your reading today.
Virgo (Aug. 23-Sep. 22) -- Today, Mars in your sign forms an opposition to Neptune in your opposite sign, which describes the influence you have over a partner or collaborator. You must, however, think for the long term, and go out of your way to be gentle and honest, and to look after their interests.
Libra (Sep. 22-Oct. 23) -- For about a year, you've been experiencing Jupiter in your birth sign, which has been a beacon of promise and hope. Before Jupiter leaves your sign, this very week it makes a rare opposition to the electrified, revolutionary planet Uranus, presenting you with opportunities that may seem impossible. They are not.
Scorpio (Oct. 23-Nov. 22) -- Yours is one of the more inscrutable signs, though there's rarely been a time when the you that you reveal to the world, and the you that nobody knows, were more distinct. What exactly don't you want people to know? And what's with your concern about causing some kind of controversy?
Sagittarius (Nov. 22-Dec. 22) -- This week, Jupiter -- the Sagittarius planet and the largest planet of all -- makes some stunning moves, coming face to face with a bright green planet far, far from here. Take things gently, and live one day at a time. You may be standing at one of the great thresholds of your life.
Capricorn (Dec. 22-Jan. 20) -- Most people consider their career to be about their own success. You're getting a very different message right now, which is about stoking and honoring the positive contributions that you make to the lives of others. Be alert to who you can pull up, push up, or in any way help by giving them a boost.
Aquarius (Jan. 20-Feb. 19) --
Over the next week or so, you may have ideas that you will draw upon long into the future. This includes a vision for your life, the refreshing of your spirituality, and a concept of the places you want to travel. All of this will take time to unfold, though it will help if you keep track of your thinking.
Pisces (Feb. 19-March 20) -- This week, a rare aspect involving your sign occurs: a once-per-seven-year event. The theme is money, though it's also about appreciating the value and beauty of what you do. Where money is a question, collect your concerns, and make sure they're stated clearly. Answers are forthcoming.
