I saw Dylan and the dead in 87. It seemed like the crowd was screaming for Jerry but they weren’t so familiar with bob. Otherworldly for me since bob is the foundation. They didn’t sound great together but hearts were in the right place.
Many selections from that tour — when I played it back through — it was amazing. Giants was not the best show
