The Capricorn Moon is making its way toward Pluto, and after completing its sextile to Neptune in Pisces and Mars in Scorpio, will form an exact conjunction to Pluto at 4:22 am EDT (08:22 UTC). Moon-Pluto is the original ominous-feeling aspect, especially in a sign as deep and musky as Capricorn. The Moon continues to make aspects — including a sextile to Chiron, a sextile to Saturn, a square to Uranus, the lunar nodes and Eris, and finally an opposition to to Venus.<\/p>\n

This is a lot of lunar activity — a whole lot of aspects indeed — as the Moon becomes involved in the Uranus-Pluto square and the Saturn-Chiron trine. This illustrates plenty of consideration and reconsideration is indicated, a surprise breakthrough, some penetrating insight, some dark shadows; the Cap Moon is given to some depressive emotions, the sense of being left out, and the experience of desire so deep, it’s uncertain whether another could understand it much less meet it.<\/p>\n
At the end of the pattern, however, there is a turning point (Moon to nodes) followed by the Moon and Venus facing one another, the better to assess their similarities and differences. There will be more similarities, no matter what it may seem on the surface — look for them.
