For astrologers, any New Moon is an important event. When the Sun and Moon share the same degree of the same sign, a new cycle (called a lunation) is sown. In tomorrow’s case, sown with uncertain seeds.

The impending lunation begins with a square to a nearly stationary Neptune in Pisces, indicating (among other things) how you may not want to rush into judgment.

Wait a minute please, that’s not all. Within 24 hours of the luminary (Sun and Moon) conjunction at 7+ Gemini, two sign-ruling planets will change signs.

Venus will enter its Taurus rulership at 9:45 pm tomorrow. Mercury will, in turn, temporarily leave its Gemini home turf behind and initiate a short visit to cardinal Cancer at 5:12 am Thursday morning. Both ingresses imply changes in the background against which your personal life plays out. Changes you might want to understand fully before making any moves.

Hold on please, there’s more. Before the Sagittarius Full Moon on June 13 (halfway through the new lunation cycle), two sign-ruling planets will appear to change direction.

On June 7, Mercury will commence an apparent reversal at 3+ Cancer. The Mercury retrograde that follows will take place over a short distance (less than 10 zodiac degrees), but will include a long time revisiting Gemini ground traversed but once so far this year.

Two days after Mercury’s retrograde initiates, Neptune will begin an apparent rollback as well on June 9. Both retrogrades will, in their own separate ways, implore patient observation before you draw any final conclusions.

There will be yet more to consider along the same lines before the Cancer New Moon on June 27 brings the Gemini lunation to a close. Nevertheless, by now you probably get the drift of what tomorrow’s Gemini New Moon is sowing — uncertainty. It does not mean you should put your life on hold. What the astrology of this next lunation reveals is simply how you might want to employ a simple protocol.

Before you get carried away with either passion or despair, tell yourself to wait a minute, and reexamine your information. Whenever anybody ridicules either your questions or assertions, tell them to wait a minute until the facts are in.

In the case of impatience (your own or that of others), take a moment, take a breath, and increase the likelihood that your harvest from the forthcoming lunation is not a bitter one.

Above all, before you judge anybody (or use judgmental language) over the next month or so, hold your horses and consider the painful consequences should you be wrong.

If you can simply make ‘wait a minute’ your mantra over the next four weeks or so, you might in fact miss a bus or two. If there’s anything to astrology, however, repeatedly asking for an extra moment of examination will more probably prevent you (and others) from getting on the wrong boat and setting yourself up for a very long swim back. If you don’t want to end up all wet, you now know what to do.

Offered In Service

em>Len is available for astrology readings.
