Angry, OK. Disappointed, of course. But surprised? Don&#8217;t be.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>As for how long it takes to get a relatively bug-free website up and running, a software developer writes on <a href=\"http:\/\/www.dailykos.com\/story\/2013\/10\/17\/1248260\/-A-software-developer-s-view-on-the-HealthCare-gov-glitches#\" target=\"_blank\">Daily Kos<\/a>: &#8220;If you ever hire a software developer or software team first ask them how long it will take to build an application.
