In tonight\u2019s edition of Planet Waves FM<\/strong><\/a> I cover the approaching Pisces Full Moon conjunct the relatively new planet Salacia. Named of for the consort of Neptune and a goddess of the sea, I think it\u2019s pretty special that we\u2019re having a Full Moon in Pisces conjunct this point \u2014 though it\u2019s difficult to predict what it might mean. That\u2019s why I call these \u2018proving moments\u2019, wherein a planet\u2019s properties emerge.<\/p>\n

In the second half of the program I cover the Building 197 incident — Monday\u2019s shooting at the Navy Yard in Washington, DC (see chart<\/a>). First a clarification: the suspect, Aaron Alexis, didn\u2019t have top secret clearance \u2014 he merely had security clearance. But the irony is still there — he had security clearance despite a history of arrests, firearms incidents and a ridiculously spotty career in the Navy. What is the meaning of security?<\/p>\n
