Today is World AIDS Day. I’ve prepared an extra podcast <\/a>that describes why and how we need to get real about sex. The message of what we think of as the “AIDS crisis” is not “use condoms” — it’s have whole relationships. I don’t define that as monogamous marriage until death — I define it as being real, having the conversation and acting with compassion for yourself and the people you care about.
