I learned a lot in the Boy Scouts, but not more than I learned in Quaker summer camp, where we were encouraged to run around naked. Many of the people marching in today&#8217;s parade in military uniforms were under the age of 18, including a version of the Civil Air Patrol that enlists kids, that I had no idea even exists.
