Obama: Notes from a Civil Rights Attorney | By Steve Bergstein
I don’t merely hope that Obama will save the Supreme Court. I know that he will do so. Allowing a constitutional law professor to pick Supreme Court justices is like allowing a baseball fanatic to select players for the Hall of Fame. They waited their whole life for that moment.

Planet Waves Astrology News | By Eric Francis
The Friday edition of Planet Waves Astrology News will be available to subscribers tomorrow. Eric has been mysteriously quiet about the election results... let's see what comes out Friday. There’s also the weekly horoscope.
Here’s what he wrote to Cancer:

CANCER (June 21-July 22) -- People are slippery and they are mostly informed by their pain and their fear of loss. I marvel every day that people trust one another as much as they do, but I reckon this is because they need to more than they want to. You are in the process of developing something that is ambitious, risky and worthwhile. To do it effectively, you need to become a master of psychology: your own, that of a key individual, and that of a group. You need to do this all at once, and it won't be easy -- but you do have the mastery to work through this at a significant profit. I mean this in the individual sense and the group sense; you will neither gain nor lose alone. So you may as well gain, and get everyone around you on that page -- even if one or two are having issues at the moment.

Thursday: First Quarter Moon | By Genevieve Salerno
Venus touches a harmonious note with 1992 QB1, the first planet discovered beyond the orbit of Pluto. Eric has named this body Rhadaranhi, or the bridge maker. Because of the nature of this aspect, coupled with the Moon’s occultation of Neptune, I feel today is an astral reminder to be gentle with yourself.
