As the month progresses, you may feel like you've evolved from having it all together, to being scattered in a dozen pieces. If you're wondering why, look at one particular relationship and the effect that it's having on you. How much of your energy is going somewhere you don't actually want it? Do you have any influence over whether this happens? I think you do -- though you're going to find the answer in a kind of introspection that is rare enough for any human. Along the way to getting there, I suggest you take notes on the ways in which you support others. You help some people in positive ways and other people in ways that are not so good for them. Note the difference, particularly how either variable makes you feel.
