The Supreme Court made two momentous decisions last week by first ruling that child rapists cannot be sentenced to the death penalty, and at the end of last week stating that our Second Amendment rights include the right to own a concealable gun in Washington D.C., a city with high crime rates to begin with. These issues came increasingly closer to home, and finally swooped into Kingston, New York -- the location of Planet Waves' main office -- to rule on free speech.
