For those following developments in the Sept. 11 story, a new video surfaced on the Internet this week, shot from a NYPD helicopter. The 17-minute video was obtained from the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), though how it made it from NIST to the Internet hasn’t come to the surface yet.
