‘Controversial’ EPA blog about vegetarianism

Just thought I would point you to a fun controversy brewing about an EPA blog that advocates being a vegetarian as an alternative to the environmental devastation caused by meat production. Of course those who believe they were born into the world to have our money are objecting. Here is the blog post. Controversy is sometimes a beautiful thing because you see the real contrasts of viewpoints that were hidden before.

I have become a vegetarian! But I only eat CARNIVOROUS planets…I mean plants.

If this got their knickers in a twist at the EPA it can only mean one thing — finally, there are enough of us non-meat eaters out to here to actually have an impact on the livestock industry!

    Yay!!!

Keep shovelling down those garbanzos, fellow veg-heads, we will rule the world soon enough.

Meanwhile, we will have better health and cleaner consciences than our meat-eating neighbors.
