This would be beyond cool, the borders would be open to fresh input, (not because there would be no borders, but because the populace would be so blended, ..that there would be no us and them.) You can’t blow up a state that is inclusive.. (well, tech. aside..)
Of course, this brings up John Denver’s play for the Native American population to ‘rise again’. (Which hell, dude, if I get the mushrooms, and cacti, ..I’m happy..)
