April Fool’s

Good evening and Happy April Fool’s Day. Thanks for all the accolades on selling my work to “Mr. Wetfield” who donated it to the Modern. This part is a satire; the print, however, is quite available. If you’re interested, drop me a note at info -at- planetwaves.net.

Based on today’s reader response, I took it over to a very cool lady called Ginny who does the framing department of our art store uptown here. We collaborated on the choice of a velvety pink mat often used for wedding pictures; and a white wood frame, with the finish a little scruffy.

We have one more April Fool’s article that I didn’t get to publish today, so we’ll run it tomorrow – it’s by Steve Bergstein, who writes our Psychsound blog.

I plan to be back midmorning with some daily astrology. But as I wrap up my day, I am having this thought: there can be love all around me, but if I don’t notice or accept it, it’s like it doesn’t matter. If I notice, there it all is. There you are.

Good evening…

just the late might musing of an intellectual sex symbol. old fashioned, too. I do prefer to pay for the first few dates.

I missed that line last night when I read the post – and I am laughing now. But that is very interesting stuff…sex and money, money and sex…what will you part with, on what basis and when? Which is the more ‘personal’ of the two? I’ve been subscribing for a couple of years now (even when broke and no work), so on that basis, I reckon it’s easier to get money from me than to get me into bed!

Additional. I am aware of some change on this site – a little frisson of something exciting, I don’t know what. Even a difference in your voice Eric. = all very very positive stuff. And so many more new names on the posts at the side of the page.
