I’ve been missing Paris lately, so I thought I would post this picture from 2005 or so. I know this is a favorite of astrologer Yasmin Boland, who lived in Paris at the same time I did, so I’m dedicating it to her.

  1. What I appreciated about the way that many Parisian women dress is the simplicity rather than the artifice. I will look for a photo that represents that and post it, if I find it…

I spent hours and hours in cafes, writing horoscopes, watching their hips course through the universe.

  2. The best thing about Paris is the expression of it’s people….. they are who they are and no one defines them. There’s no 1 box to step in to become part of the herd. I loved that. And the women are absolutely gorgeous in the way they have embraced the goddess in themselves. Sadly, if we dressed as artistically as they do we would be labeled.
