So, I want to suggest going for an improvement far beyond the basics, and spending some time this weekend concentrating on your real needs. Identify them and take some tangible action toward fulfilling them. Give the lower-order concerns a rest. Assume you have enough to eat and a roof over your head. Finish breakfast, walk out the door, and experiment with what it might feel like to be free.
